    Your EV charging provider arranges the chargepoint product and passes the installation to Search Energy.

    Our scheduling team contacts you to agree your visit and share the information you need before we attend.

    A qualified and experienced Search Energy electrician reviews the installation requirements and carries out the agreed electrical work at your property.

    We check the work

    Your electrician completes the relevant electrical and safety checks before finishing the visit.

  • Preparing for your visit

    Please read the appointment information you receive and ensure our electrician can access the areas needed for the installation. If your booking includes any specific preparation instructions, follow those before your visit. Someone aged 18 or over needs to be in for the duration of the visit.

    Search Energy handles queries about appointments we arrange and problems relating to our installation work. For a fault with the chargepoint product, please contact your EV charging provider.
